PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB
A member's only group of photographers who want to improve their skills through fun challenges.
IS YOUR CAMERA COLLECTING DUST?
When's the last time you charged the battery and took your camera out of the bag?
If you've said any of the following:
-
"I don't feel inspired."
-
"I'm still learning."
-
"I'm not good enough."
-
"I feel discouraged, my friend has a more expensive camera."
-
"I wish I could have learned photography when ..."
-
"What would I even take photos of?"

This may be the group for you! Our goal is to get your camera out of the bag and for you to take some fun pictures - with purpose.
You either spent the money to get your camera (which isn't cheap), or were gifted it.
So you had a passion at some point. What happened?
Are you ready to pick it back up again?
I've been where you are now - I've even sold my camera before and had to buy a new one because I regretted getting rid of it!

Maybe you're having trouble with the settings on your camera?

Or maybe you're just not feeling inspired to take photos of flowers - again.

So what's the solution?

PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB!
Photography Atlas Academy's low maintenance group with simple monthly projects that will get your camera out of the bag - and teach you fun ways to train your eye to see the world through a different lens. Even if it's a kit lens ;)

What do you get every month?
-
A PDF lesson with a new photography project
-
Access to a private Facebook group of photographers like you
-
Group coaching from a professional photographer
-
Group constructive criticism (CC) on projects

What do you need?
-
A smartphone or computer - to view the PDF lessons
-
Access to Facebook - if you want to join the private Facebook group
-
A camera - you can do the projects with any camera, but one where you can change the settings is preferred.
IMAGINE...
-
Fun projects - that can be completed alone, or in a group with photographers like you!
-
Not having to come up with your own projects and inspiration.
-
Building a portfolio of cool images to showcase your photography.
-
GETTING THE DUST OFF OF YOUR CAMERA and shooting again!
How long has it been since you took your camera out for the day?

A week?
A month?
A year?
Longer?

Are you ready to pick up your camera and take some photos?
BUT! What if...
What if I'm new to photography and don't know how to use my camera?
That's ok! Every project has step by step instructions - including starting guidelines for camera settings.

What if I only have a basic DSLR and a kit lens?
Projects will be based on this gear set! Sometimes we may suggest additional gear, but it's not required.

What if I'm reeeeally busy? I have kids - or - I work full time.
All of our projects are designed for busy photographers! Our no fluff, simple projects are easy for beginners. For about 1 hour each week you can learn photography tips.

I'M SO EXCITED YOU'RE INTERESTED IN JOINING THE PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB!
I'm Jennifer Renee, the Director of Photography Atlas Academy. I have studied photography since 2006 and I'm a professional photographer specializing in portraiture.

I've been helping photographers master manual settings since 2020 and I never get tired of talking about aperture or golden hour.

As photographers, we get caught up in megapixels and how much our (or another photographer's) camera costs. This group is designed to focus (pun intended haha) on the art of photography and why we got a camera in the first place - for the love of taking photos.

Ok but how much is all this going to cost me?
